CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES

Ingredients:

- 2 cups and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour.
- ½ tsp. baking soda.
- ½ tsp. salt.
- 1 ½ sticks butter, melted and cooled.
- 1 cup brown sugar.
- ½ cup sugar.
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips.

Instructions:
1. 1/ Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
2. 2/ Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt using a whisk to make sure it is thoroughly mixed.
3. 3/ Using the paddle attachment of your mixer, mix the sugar together.
4. 4/ Add the butter, then add the egg and yolk.
5. 5/ Next, add the vanilla.
6. 6/ Slowly add the fluor mix to the sugar mix by adding ¼ cup of flour mix at a time and letting it mix in before adding another ¼ cup.
7. 7/ Stop the mixer and add the chips. Mix them in by hand.
8. 8/ Drop the cookie dough in tablespoon size balls on your cookie sheets. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the cookie sheet.
9. 9/ Bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
